The first in a two part series on Staff Turnover and Retention, this support call will focus on quantifying turnover and how much it might be costing your crisis organization. We’ll take a look at tips and tools to better understand these concepts and apply them at your center. Later in 2018, we’ll have part two of the series, focusing on Reducing Turnover and Increasing Retention and Satisfaction.
This support call is open to both members of NASCOD and of the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline.
