Small Center Convening: Presented by Meryl Cassidy from Response Crisis Center
Through discussion on our listserve, many smaller center leaders expressed interest in connecting as a group. Often smaller centers feel excluded from the conversation where large regional centers have the loudest voice. However, many of our smaller, local centers are the heartbeat of their communities!
During our next peerinar, we will provide a space for all our smaller center leaders and managers to convene and connect to discuss issues of concern. Issues brought forward range from staffing models, funding, access to resources, partnerships, and carving out a role within the 988 landscape. Since this convening is for you all-we welcome your input into what questions/issues/ topics you’d like to discuss-please send them to Meryl at mcassidy@responsecrisiscenter.org and she will add them to our agenda.
