This presentation will give an overview of various models of crisis center/emergency department collaboration, including, but not limited to, follow-up programs. There will also be a discussion of “Five Lessons Learned from Cohort V,” the current SAMHSA/Lifeline Follow-Up Grant cohort made up of crisis centers and their emergency department partners.
